I need to change my way of thinking.I have been punishing myself because I chose the wrong man, and in the 8 years that I was with him I gained alot of weight. I am now divorced and now punishing myself in a different way. I feel as though no man would want me. As your post showed I need to think of this as something that is reversible, not something that has taken my life to the edge of the cliff.
